In the present invention there is disclosed a regenerative heat-exchange apparatus (1) for gaseous media foe exchange of heat with fixed or rotating accumulation masses (3, 4). The proposed heat-exchange apparatus (1) is provided with at least one cleaning device that can be swung outward or inward with respect to the ring-shaped cross section of the accumulation masses. Free end of said cleaning device pendulum arm (14) that is performed also as a blast tube, is made with a crank (16) supporting at least two blast nozzles (19).
