DOOR SUN SHADE ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling precision by providing the outer case of a sun shade assembly for sun-shading the window of a side door to constitute part of the upper side of a door trim fitted to the indoor side of the inner panel of the side door. SOLUTION: A door trim 31 integrally fitted with a sun shade assembly 41 is fitted to the indoor side of the inner panel 24 of a side door 21, and a hook 25 hooking the shade frame 47 of a shade sheet 46 is formed on the upper side of a glass frame. The door trim 31 is constituted of a base material 32, a cushion material 33 and a skin material 34, and a fitting protruded stripe 35 for fitting the sun shade assembly 41 is formed on the upper side of the base material 32. The sun shade assembly 41 is constituted of a winding means 42 rewinding the shade sheet 46 and an outer case 55, and a coupling groove section 58 coupled and locked to the fitting protruded stripe 35 is formed in the longitudinal direction near the opening section of the outer case 55.
