PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device for game equipment, allowing a gamer to participate in and enjoy playing a game with his/her whole body by causing the device to issue sounds or voices from at hand when the gamer sway hands or beats the device. SOLUTION: This input device has a vibration sensor 9 and an at-hand speaker 8, and when a gamer imparts vibration to the body 1 of the input device, this vibration is detected by the vibration sensor 9 and corresponding sounds or voices are issued from the at-hand speaker 8. The input device has a plurality of control keys 3a,..., 3f, and when the gamer selects the control key and performs a beating or pushing operation, the sounds or voices corresponding to this selecting operation are issued from the at-hand speaker 8. |
