The invention concerns a toothbrush comprising a toothpaste substance reservoir (14) incorporated in its handle extended at one end by a brush consisting of a base whereon are implanted bristles and a system injecting the toothpaste substance into the base of the bristles such as a piston (20) sliding in the reservoir (14). The piston (20) divides the reservoir (14) into a main chamber (16) containing the toothpaste substance and an empty chamber (18), and is mobile in translation along a rod (34), a top (22) closing the reservoir (14) being fixed at a second end of the handle. The invention is characterised in that the rod (34) is fixed relative to the top (22). |
