PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal conductivity and electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics by laminating a graphite film on at least one surface of a silicon rubber layer containing filler of thermal conductivity. SOLUTION: A graphite film 2 is used and buried in a silicon rubber layer 1 containing aluminum oxide as filler of thermal conductivity. Additive type liquid state silicon compound of thermal conductivity, which contains aluminum oxide powder as filler of thermal conductivity is used, and a thermal conductivity sheet is formed by heat-hardening. On one surface of the sheet, a graphite film is laminated, and further liquid state silicon compound of thermal conductivity is laminated. By heating and hardening, an electromagnetic wave shielding sheet of high thermal conductivity is formed, which has high thermal conductivity and electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics and can improve thermal conductivity and electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics. |
