PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of print quality due to fluctuation of head resistive elements accurately and surely. SOLUTION: A print pattern preset at a print section 1 is printed with the conduction pulse length of default and the print result 6 is read out at a scanner section 2 to acquire a read-out data. It is then compared, at a comparing section 3, with a pattern data used tar printing and the difference is extracted with units of dot of a head resistive element 5. The difference data thus obtained is fed back to a conduction pulse control section 4 in order to correct the conduction pulse length pattern of default thus obtaining a conduction pulse length pattern suitable for the head resistive element 5. Fluctuation of the head resistive element 5 is controlled by reflecting the difference between a print data and a data obtained by read out print results through a scanner onto the conduction pulse length. |
