MANUFACTURE OF RETAINER OF JOINT FOR FLEXIBLE TUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a ring retainer on a joint for a flexible tube constituted of a corrugated pipe which is constituted by burying a plural number of inserts in a resin part in the peripheral direction. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is to manufacture a retainer having a plural number of divided parts in the peripheral direction on a part except for a base end part by having slitted parts from the head end side at a plural number of positions in the peripheral direction, the base end part and each of the divided parts of which are formed of resin and in each of the divided parts of which a part of a metallic insert 23 is respectively buried. A ring body 30 in a state where a plural number of the inserts 23 are continued in the peripheral direction by a connecting part 31 at the base end part of the retainer. The base end part made of resin and each of the divided parts are molded in a metallic mold so that this ring body 30 is buried in resin by installing this ring body 30 in the metallic mold.
