PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate sighting position through a simple image analysis even for a far target without lighting a cathode-ray tube by arranging an infrared light source near a target, and analyzing the result of picked-up image. SOLUTION: An image pickup device is attached to a gun 6, and an infrared light source 2 arranged around the cathode-ray tube 7 is image-picked up. The image pickup device is provided with a filter for transmitting only infrared rays so that the light from the infrared light source 2 and other diffused external light are easily discriminated. The image picked-up result is sent to an analysis means 3 for analysis, the sighting position of the gun 6 is obtained, and signals indicating that the trigger of the gun 6 is pulled and the obtained sighting position are sent to a game body 4. The game body 4 is incorporated with a computer system and checks whether or not the target is hit and which part of the target is hit by sent data and the display contents of the cathode-ray tube 7 at present. |
