PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a electronic circuit board or picture image indicator of a ultrasonic diagnostic device from impact, and reduce uncomfortable vibration transmitted to the hand from a moving handle. SOLUTION: A caster 1 of a ultrasonic diagostic device 6 is fitted to a frame 7 via a rubber 4, and a frame fitting plate 3 is fixed to the frame 7 to interpose the rubber 4 between a caster fitting plate 2 and the plate 3. When the wheel 1b of the caster 1 receives impact or vibration from the level difference of the door or doorway of an elevator, compression or shearing stress are applied to the rubber 4 to deform it. The impact and vibration can be absorbed by low repulsive resilience in deforming the rubber 4, thereby protecting, an electronic circuit board 8 housed in the frame 7 or a picture image indicator 9 installed in the upper part of the frame 7, from the impact, also reducing uncomfortable vibration transmitted to the hand from a moving handle 10. |
