PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a shoulder belt portion of a seat belt at the optimum position of a shoulder of a passenger. SOLUTION: In a vehicle provided with a seat belt 10 mounted to a passenger sitting on a seat 5, a seat belt guide 20 contacted with a shoulder belt portion and guiding mounting of the shoulder belt portion to a shoulder of the passenger is provided at an upper portion of a seat back 7 of the seat 5 and at a side portion of a head rest 8 provided above the seat back 7 through which the shoulder belt portion of the seat belt 10 adjacently passes. |
