<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fixed substrate from loosening by a repeated load by inserting a securing pin into a hole provided on the substrate and a hole section provided on a fitting base, and caulking the tip section of the securing pin to fix the substrate to the fitting base. SOLUTION: An electrode paste made of silver is printed on the upper face of a substrate 13, it is baked at about 850 deg.C for about 45 min to form an electrode 15a, a resistance paste is printed to be electrically connected to it, and it is baked at about 850 deg.C for about 45 min to form a distortion detecting element 15. A cylindrical main spindle 17 fixed with an operation section 17a at the upper section is mounted at the intersection of two fitting sections 14 of the substrate 13, and a support pin 18 is inserted to the inside of the main spindle 17 via the substrate 13 from below to fix the main spindle 17 to the substrate 13. The position of the hole 16 of the substrate 13 is matched with the hole section 12 of a fitting base 11, the substrate 13 is mounted on the fitting base 11, a securing pin 19 is inserted into the hole section 12 and the hole 16 from above, and the tip of the securing pin 19 is caulked to fix the substrate 13 to the fitting base 11.</p> |
