The invention relates to a hinge for spectacles of any type, for adjusting the mobility and/or for ensuring the elasticity of each of the sides 5 in relation to the front part 1 of the said spectacles. The said hinge consists of a small tube 2 articulated to the front part 1, provided with a cavity in which are placed a small spring 3 and a ball 4 which is either entirely round or cut at the top in order to form a completely flat part, this forming a variant of the invention. The side 5 of the frame is "planted" in the ball 4 either directly or by extending the ball 4 side with a small plate 6 according to the variant of the invention. Around its surface the ball 4 has cyclic grooves 8, while in the variant of the invention the ball 4 does not have these. <IMAGE>
