PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management system using a portable information terminal equipment provided with a function capable of continuously inputting the result of one kind of an inspection item to equipments installed on the same column for a plurality of column board installed equipments by the installation environment of the equipments inside a building such as an electric equipment, an air conditioning equipment and a disaster preventing equipment, etc. SOLUTION: Inspection information for the respective equipments, column board group information and inspection item information provided in the storage part 5 of a computer 1 are stored in the storage part 9 of the portable information terminal equipment 2 through an IC card 3. By the command of an input part 9, through a control part 8, column board registered equipments are retrieved, one kind of the inspection item is turned to a key and the inspection result display/input column of the equipment registered in the column board group information is displayed at a display part 12. |
