PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery supporting system capable of inputting an address in a short time and making a distribution trader able to plan a detailed delivery schedule beforehand as a result. SOLUTION: An electronic slip terminal 1 for electronizing a delivery destination address in a short time by using an index and address data base for which an area code and the address are related and selecting the common one as an address candidate by retrieval by a ten-key inputted area code and a handwritten-inputted town name and a reader-writer 2 for reading the ID information of a non-contact tag 210 to be a load slip are equipped in an agency, a business store terminal 4 for gathering the ID and address information of collected load is equipped in a business store and the electronized delivery destination address and the load ID are transmitted from the business store terminal 4 to the DB host 5 of a main store. In the DB host 5, a load delivery list for each direct delivery store is generated, based on information from the plural business store terminals 4. In the business store terminal 4 of the direct delivery store, a delivery schedule is planned based on the received load delivery list.
