<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply molding sand at a prescribed flowing speed in a blow head, even in the case of making large the volume of the blow head corresponding to the dimension of a flask member. SOLUTION: In the position at almost middle stage on the inside of the blow head 10, a cylindrical partition plate 16 having many vent holes for gas to permeate is fixedly disposed air-tightly in both of the upper and lower parts to demarcate a hollow chamber 17, and this hollow chamber 17 is connected with a compressed air source 15 through an opening/closing device 18. In this way, since the molding sand in the blow head can be fluidized even in the case of making large the volume of the blow head corresponding to the dimension of the flask member, and the molding sand in the blow head is supplied at the prescribed flowing speed, the molding sand can sufficiently be filled into the flask member.</p> |
