<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull a cable with higher pulling force, while easily assuring the installation area of apparatus even when laying a cable by using a thin pulling wire. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with two pairs of rollers 7, 8 forming a pair for holding a cable or a pull wire coupled thereto and a roller driving mechanism for driving all of the two pairs of rollers to rotate at the same time, and the cable or pull wire is held by the pairing rollers from both sides and these rollers are driven so as to rotate by a roller driving mechanism. Thereby, the cable or pull wire is pulled continuously. In this case, a winch drum 32 having the winding portion of a radius smaller than the part of roller holding a cable or pull wire is loaded, to be exchanged with a roller 7 to a drive shaft 11 for driving only one of the roller of a pair of rollers 7, 7 located at the pulling side end of the cable or pull wire of the roller driving mechanism.</p> |
