CONSTITUTION:A stopper mechanism 23 regulating the position of opening of a cover member 22 covering a form inserting opening 21 in an opening- closing-free manner approximately horizontally is installed, a recessed section 24 is formed to the internal surface of the cover member 22 positioned approximately horizontal by the regulation of the stopper mechanism 23, and the cover member 22 is opened and printing paper 19 can be placed onto the recessed section 24 of the cover member 22 positioned approximately horizontally. |
