PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleaning performance by increasing the utilization efficiency of an adsorbent and a photocatalyst contained in a filter layer formed on a base material. SOLUTION: The filter is provided with the filter layer containing the adsorbent and the photocatalyst on the base material. The producing method comprises a process of preparing a mixture of the adsorbent, the photocatalyst and 8-40 wt.% thermal splashing resin, a process of forming a sticking layer composed of the mixture on the base material and a process of forming the filter layer having many pores opening to the outside on the base material by firing the sticking layer to splash the thermal splashing resin in the sticking layer. |
