FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frame with supports shaped as angle pieces and with locks. Threaded rod is secured in middle of one of ledges of every support perpendicularly to ledge. It is inserted in hole made in frame and secured on frame with lock nuts. Locks are made as flexible, for example rubber, band with loops at its ends. Catches shaped as rods or hooks are mounted on ledges of supports for engagement with loops of locks. In welding, every joint of parts is divided into four sections. First section on side of lock is welded, then section on side of support ledge opposite to lock. This done, section on other side of lock is welded, and weld on side of second ledge of support completes welding of joint. Application of every weld on side of support ledges is started at time within which metal of weld applied on side of lock is in temperature range of plastic deformation.
