SKIN NORMALIZING AGENTS

摘要

Skin normalizing agents containing compounds represented by general formula (1), wherein each symbol is as defined in the specification. The above active ingredients are exemplified by L-arginine and ethanolamine. These ingredients are available either as synthetic products or natural matters. It is preferable to use materials containing L-arginine and/or ethanolamine obtained from rice as natural substances. These agents are remarkably efficacious as preventives/remedies for atopic dermatitis and skin humectants.
