The cylinder head (10) has bearing points for camshafts, which are supplied with lubricant from the pressurized engine system. The head has a shaft for each cylinder for a functional component, e.g. spark plug etc. The shaft (34) is at least partially double-walled, and serves as lubricant guide channel (s). One of the shafts contains a pipe with reduced diameter, which is sealed on either side of the section (54b) serving as lubricant guide channel. A longitudinal channel (42) for lubricant supply cuts across the shafts, and has cross channels leading to the bearing points. |
