PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve support precision of a lens answering to high density of a disk by providing a coated layer calcined further after a baked film consisting of a mixture of solid lubricant and binder resin is grinding processed on a side surface of a columnar surface of a support shaft consisting of a metallic column inserted into a bearing hole of a lens holder with the bearing hole. SOLUTION: The support shaft 2 is provided with a function guiding the turning and axial directional movement of the holder main body 11 by inserting into the bearing hole 5 of the holder main body 11 of the lens holder 10. The main body of the support shaft 2 is formed by the metallic column, and is provided with the coated layer 2a calcined after the baked film consisting of the mixture of the solid lubricant and the binder resin is grinding processed on the slide surface with the bearing hole 5. For coated layer 2a after the grinding processing is preferred that a cylindrical degree becomes 0-9 μm, and a coaxial degree becomes 0-6 μm. Thus, fitted gap precision of a bearing part is improved, and the support precision of the objective lens is improved. |
