PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which can accumulate and diffuse information without using infrastructure, such as a server.SOLUTION: When receiving posting of digital post information from a smart phone 12a, a digital post 10a stores the same internally. The digital post 10a performs digital post communication and shares information with another digital post 10c.
