PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a paper laminated cubic shaped article reinforced through the resin infiltration by allowing to produce the paper laminated cubic shaped article having a fully practical strength through the infiltration and hardening of a resin. SOLUTION: A paper laminated cubic shaped article is made of a laminated raw paper, which is obtained by integrally laminating a plurality of thin papers through a synthetic resin-based adhesive. Next, this paper laminated cubic shaped article is dried under vacuum at a temperature, which is lower than the softening temperature of the synthetic resin-based adhesive and then immersed under the above-mentioned vacuum in a resin impregnating liquid mainly consisting of a thermosetting resin. Next, by pressurizing this paper laminated cubic shaped article up to or higher than the normal pressure, a resin is infiltrated in the paper laminated cubic shaped article. After that, the article is taken out of the resin impregnating liquid. Next, this paper laminated cubic shaped article is heated up to a temperature lower than the softening temperature of this synthetic resin-based adhesive, resulting in thermally hardening the thermosetting resin. |
