PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a suitable processing limit date settable for every electronic(E) document by considering the contents of individual electronic documents on a work flow. SOLUTION: When a person in charge of work evaluates the contents of an electronic document and inputs the evaluation result at least to one previously set evaluation input column, the importance rank of the electronic document is set up based on the inputted evaluation result, the processing limit date of the electronic document is set up (S601 to S607) based on the set importance rank and at least the processing limit date is displayed in the electronic document displayed in the succeeding processing processes of a processing flow on the work flow obtained after setting up the processing limit date.
