PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic recording sheet which is not stuck to a fixing roller in the case of fixing and by which a receiving layer itself is not flocculated and ruptured, so that transparency is not spoiled and high quality image can be obtained even in an oilless fixing system. SOLUTION: As to a heating and fixing method of a toner image formed on a recording sheet; the recording sheet has a receiving layer for forming the toner image formed on at least on surface of a base material film, and further a releasing layer formed outside the receiving layer. Heating and fixing are performed without supplying oil to a fixing surface where a heating and fixing means comes in contact with the toner image.
