PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A supporting shaft member 22 formed of a permanent magnet is fixed to a housing 20, and a non-magnetic member 24 is formed on the outer periphery of the member 22. A non-magnetic member 28 is formed on the inner periphery of a sleeve 26 formed of a permanent magnet. Interposing a bearing gap K between the non-magnetic member 28 and the magnetic member 24, the sleeve 26 and the supporting shaft member 22 are rotatably fitted to each other. On the outer peripheral side of the sleeve 26, a permanent magnet 26A is formed integrally into a unfied body with the sleeve 26 and by the use of the same material as the permanent magnet which constitutes the sleeve 26. The outer peripheral end portion of the permanent magnet 26A is positioned on the supporting shaft member side of a drive coil 38. The inner peripheral end portion of a hole part 36A of a yoke 36 is positioned on the part which is at a side separated more from the supporting shaft member 22 of the drive coil 38. |
