FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: connector whose deforming member is placed in grooves of mating parts has annular grooves whose depth is perpendicular to direction of compressive force applied to deforming member when parts are joined together; additional closed space is provided between grooves; deforming member volume is smaller than or equal to total volume of grooves and additional closed space; deforming member is made of conducting plastic material whose yield point is lower than ultimate strength of mating parts when they are pressed together. EFFECT: improved reliability of connector due to reduced contact resistance and non-split joint. 3 dwg
