PURPOSE:To efficiently take out a narrow-band laser light without losing infected energy. CONSTITUTION:After laser light is divided into a plurality of beams by a beam splitter 16, the light is infected into a dispersive device 14 through paired apertures 15 and turned back by a total reflection mirror 12, again passes through the dispersive device 14, paired apertures 15, beam splitter 16 and laser medium 13, and outgoes by an outgoing mirror 11. In this case, because the laser light is divided by a beam splitter 16 and respective laser beams pass through the paired apertures 15, energy injected into the laser medium 13 is not lost, unnecessary components of respective laser beams dispersed by the dispersive device 14 are removed and laser light with a narrow spectral band width is obtained. |
