PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare merchandise managing data, for which the information of merchandise is made correspondent to the image data of that merchandise, concerning a merchandise image data processor for photographing, storing and managing the images of various kinds of merchandise. SOLUTION: The merchandise code of merchandise is inputted as a bar code by a hand scanner 30 connected to a personal computer(PC) 13 and corresponding to a command from the PC 13, the relevant merchandise placed on a stage 17 in a photographic box 11, for which respective photographic conditions such as illumination angle, merchandise arrangement, photographic focus, photographic iris, photographic zoom, photographic angle and shutter are controlled, by a video camera 12. Then, these merchandise image data are fetched into the PC 13. The photographed image data of the relevant merchandise are stored in an image data memory inside a RAM and a memory address storing the image data of the merchandise is stored in a data memory by merchandise corresponding to the bar code inputted merchandise code. |
