摘要 PURPOSE: To enable drop of liquid at a necessary time without stopping an operation, by a construction wherein a flow control means is fully opened when a first level switch detects a liquid level having lowered, and a return is made to a cooling-based proportional heat recovery operation when a second level switch detects the liquid level having risen. CONSTITUTION: When a first level switch 24 detects that the level of a refrigerant in a condenser 14 has lowered to a first set level, a refrigerant liquid gathering in a communication pipe from an air heat exchanger 19 to the condenser 14 is regarded as having reached a lower-limit allowable level and a control means 27 makes a second flow control valve 18 fully opened. Then the communication pipe and the condenser 14 are equalized in pressure instantaneously, the liquid refrigerant in the communication pipe drops into the condenser 14 under the gravity and the lowering of a suction pressure of a compressor 11 due to a shortage of the liquid in the condenser is prevented. When the quantity of the refrigerant in the condenser 14 is restored to a normal state and it is detected by a second level switch 25 that a second set level is reached, the control means 27 switches over to regulation of the opening of the second flow control valve 18 by a temperature control meter 28 and a return is made to a state wherein only a cooling-based proportional heat recovery operation is conducted.
