PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-area stabilization control system, without increasing the quantity of data communication to a computer which makes transient stability computation and, in addition, without lowering the processing speed of the computer. SOLUTION: A system 3 for stabilizing power system is realized, without reducing the calculation processing speed of a computer which executes oscillation simulation in such a way that a power system 1 is divided into a plurality of partial system 2, so that each partial system 2 is able to commonly contain partial component of at least one of the other partial system 2 and partial system stabilizing devices 4 are provided at every partial system. The increase in communicating quantity of data to the computer is suppressed by making the stabilizing devices 4 to simulate electrical oscillation on the partial systems 2 under the jurisdiction of the devices 4 and the simulation of the overall system is made to be performed appropriately by reflecting the progress of the simulation on the quantities of electrical states of the components which are common to other partial systems in the simulation by replacing the quantities with each other during the course of the simulation. |
