PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely achieve the locking and easily achieve the maintenance with a simple structure by engaging a hook of a holding lock with an engagement part of a frame body to receive a lid for an underground structure, hingewire attaching one end turnable in the prescribed angular range to the hook, and hingewise attaching a body part where the other end is urged against a back side of the lid for the underground structure to the back side of the lid. SOLUTION: An engagement part 2a with which a hook tip part 4a of a holding lock 3 hingewise attached to a back side of a lid 1 for a underground structure is engaged, is provided on a lower part of a frame body to receive a lid 1 for the underground structure such as a manhole lid. A hook 4 and a body part 5 to constitute the folding lock 3 are hingewise attached to each other by a parallel pin 6. The angle of the hingewise attached hook 4 is set to the angleθat which the tip part 4a can be engaged with the engagement part 2a of the frame body 2 when the folding lock 3 is mounted on a back side of the lid 1 for the underground structure, and the hook 4 and the body part 5 hingewise attached to each other so that the hook is not turned over the angleθ. The body part 5 is hingewise attached by a parallel pin 6b in a condition where the other end is further urged against the back side of the lid 1 for the underground structure by a spring 6d.
