The engine has a stator unit with return channels. Each channel consists of an individual continuous profiled tubular element. A first channel is defined by parameters and normal lines on a central line (140) in a given plane (P1P2P3), which contains the axis (OZ) of the turbo engine. The central line has a first and last straight section (141,43), and a curved middle section (142) with a radius (RCO2). The channels are identical and follow one from another by turning about the engine axis.
