PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the leakage of a fluid by providing a first valve body for changing the route sectional area of a fluid passage and a second valve body arranged more upstream than the first valve body in a housing so as to be rotated for changing the outer sectional area of the fluid passage associatively with the first valve body. SOLUTION: For execution in an ISC valve 10 related to the idling rotational speed control of an engine, first and second valve ports 14 and 15 are formed in, among bypass passages provided to bypass a throttle valve, a housing inner passage 11b in a housing 11, in series along the flow of taken-in air in the passage 11b. Then, first and second rotary valve bodies 17 and 18 arc-shaped in section are arranged in a space (valve room 16 between the valve ports 14 and 15. These valve bodies 17 and 18 are fixed by welding to a rotary shaft 20 rotated by the operation of a solenoid actuator 30 and, by using the rotary shaft 20 to rotate both of the valve bodies 17 and 18 around the same, the opening areas of the valve ports 14 and 15 are adjusted. |
