PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a final 1-frame image in the MPEG video decoding system. SOLUTION: An I picture Iα is added to code data of a P picture P9 that is a final picture of a series of code data and the resulting picture is coded. Since the I picture Iα is added finally, the image of the P9 picture being a substantial final image from a prediction memory is surely outputted from a decoder in the case of decoding the picture Iα. |
