PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method enabling easy removal of a printed circuit board assembly(PCA) card from a computer system. SOLUTION: A card removing method and a device capable of easily removing a PCA card from a computer system 102 still in a power source-closed state and of minimizing damage to the computer system 102, are provided. This printed circuit board assembly card removing system 108 contains an ejection card having at least a first ejector 110a extending from a surface, an ejector 110b having a first surface to press the edge of the PCA card to be removed and an ejected card holder 114 to mechanically support the ejected card. The ejected card is pulled out to remove a PCA 104, and in that case, the ejector removes a card edge finger of the PCA 104 from a PCA connector by applying force to the edge of the PCA card to be removed.
