The periphery of the elastic especially metal disc has peripherally spaced apart radial slots (12). Preferably elongated and identically sized diamonds fit, and preferably wedge, into the slots. At least one support disc is on at least ones side of the disc and whose outer radius roughly matches that of the disc. The slots have radially inwardly extended parts whose width is preferably less than that of the slots. Flexible segments are positioned between the slots.
