发明名称 PRODUCTION OF SCREEN LAMINATED PHOTORECEPTOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a screen laminated photoreceptor at a low cost by patternwise exposing many through-hole-pattern of an instating screen on a photosetting resin layer and forming a seamless perforated screen layer on a photoreceptor drum. SOLUTION: A transparent electrically conductive layer 2 and a photoconductive layer 3 are successively formed on a cylindrical transparent substrate 1 and a photosetting resin layer 5 is further formed in a uniform thickness of 30-200μm on the photoconductive layer 3 to produce an unexposed screen laminated photoreceptor. The photosetting resin layer 5 is patternwise exposed by on-off control of light 10 while turning the photoreceptor in the direction of an arrow A and scanning the light 10 in the directions of arrows B. The pitch of the through hole is designed in terms of angle from the photoreceptor drum shaft as one integer-numberth of 360 deg. of the one rotaion of the photoreceptor drum. The turning angle of the photoreceptor is detected on occasion during the exposure and a seamless perforated pattern is formed.
