The snow shoe (1) has a strap (5), pivoting on a transversal axle (7), to fix a boot (10) to it. The front points (22) of the crampons (20) are held on either side of a central curved bar (31) which extends in front of the support (9) for the boot. The front points rest against a front stop (32), at right angles to the bar.
