PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor which performs sort and selection of data groups which are registered on a database at one time without inputting detailed conditions such as a character string by a user. SOLUTION: This device extracts a part of a data group that is managed by a database, performs group management, registers an optional identifier on the data group that is managed as a group, displays the group identifier, makes a user designate an optional item, stores the designated item, retrieves if a group identifier exists which has the same content as that of the designated item among data of an optional case that is managed by the database, moves the data that is contrasted into the group when a group identifier retrieval function decides that a group identifier which has the same content exists, and when the group identifier retrieval function decides that a group identifier of the same content does not exist, it adds an identifier which corresponds to the content of the designated item in the database to the group identification function and performs extraction and rearrangement of data in the database with one operation. |
