PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image which is easy for a supervisor to see and to obtain efficient remote monitor environment by removing a previously specified shield body and replacing the luminance value of an object to be monitored in a time zone wherein the shield body is absent. SOLUTION: A time-space image processing means 7 obtains depth information on each body for a continuous image pickup means 1 and then removes a shield body (shield body in a time-space image) which is positioned in front of the monitored object and shields the monitored object partially through image processing. After the processing means 7 removes the shield body, a blank is left in the time-space image. For the purpose, the processing means 7 replaces the image of the blank removed part by using the luminance value of the monitored object in the time zone wherein the shield body is absent and the depth information. Thus, a time-space image wherein the shield body is removed through the image processing is generated and an image reconstituting means 8 segments the time-space image having the shield body remove with time and converts it into a successive image by putting still images successively. Therefore, the monitored object is easy for the supervisor to see and the monitoring is facilitated. |
