<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting a liquid crystal display panel by which defects are surely be detected regardless of any short-circuited point, wen there are the defects of short-circuits between adjacent bus lines. SOLUTION: Two protection wiring 1a, 1b are formed along one side of a glass substrate 10 and two protection wiring 1c, 1d are formed along the other side. Moreover, resistor elements 2a-2d are connected with the edges of the protection wiring 1a-1d and these resistor elements 2a-2d are mutually connected. Further, one of adjacent driving terminals 5 is connected with the protection wiring 1a and the other is connected with the protection wiring 1b. Similarly, one of adjacent drive terminals 7 is connected with the protection wiring 1c and the other is connected with the protection wiring 1d. Then, the presence or absence of short-circuits is inspected by measuring the resistance between the adjacent inspection terminals 6 and 7.</p> |
