摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability and stability in the case of longterm use at a high temp. by forming an oxidized film contg. at least Cr oxide, Al oxide and Ti oxide. SOLUTION: Metals contg. Cr, for example, stainless steels (SUS 300 system, 400 system), etc., are used as the base material of the corrosion resistant material. The conductive corrosion resistant material is produced by oxidizing the base material surface under a hydrogen atmosphere contg. an oxygen component. More preferably, gaseous hydrogen is introduced into water and is put into a foaming state and the gaseous hydrogen contg. the moisture is introduced into the oxidation system and is batchwise or continuously brought into contact with the surface to be oxidized of the base material. At this time, the ratio of the moisture/hydrogen is preferably in a range of 20 to 50 deg.C on the basis of the dew point of the moisture/gaseous hydrogen mixture. The oxidation temp. is specified to 950 to 1200 deg.C and the time to 30 to 180 minutes. The oxygen partial pressure of the system is specified to about 9 to 10<-20> to 10<-11> atm in this oxidation temp. range.
