PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video server system capable of executing an efficient service by dynamically arranging contents. SOLUTION: Contents storage means 11a-11n store contents. Contents transmission means 12a-12n send contents. A streak supply information management means 21 manages stream supply information relating to the transmission of the contents. A contents dynamically arranging means 22 spplies storage contents among video servers 10a-10n based on the stream supply information to arrange the contents dynamically.
