PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate obtained by laminating a polyacetal resin layer and an olefin resin layer with a high adhesive force. SOLUTION: In the laminate obtained by laminating a polyacetal resin layer constituted by polyacetal resin and an olefin resin layer constituted by unmodified olefin resin via an adhesive layer as needed, the polyacetal resin layer contains alkyleneglycol polymer containing primary or secondary amino group, and the olefin resin layer and/or the adhesive layer contain modified olefin resin. The modified olefin resin contains olefin resin having a reactive group (carboxyl group, acid anhydride group, epoxy group or the like) for the polymer. |
