PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the production of abnormal sounds due to insufficient, or looseness of an inner lens. SOLUTION: An inner lens 4 of the lamp 1 is fixed with the pinching of either one of a housing 2 or an outer lens 3 and an excess thickness part 5 produced by plate welding of the housing 2 and the outer lens 3. The fixation utilizes the excess thickness part 5, which is produced by plastic deformation, when the housing 2 and the outer lens 3 are welded. Thus, the difference in dimensions and the like of the locking end 4a of the inner lens 4 by a manufacturing error or the like is absorbed by plasticity. |
