The two transistors (T1, T2) connected to the distribution voltage are operated via driving transistors (T1a, T2a) connected upstream. The load path of each of these driving transistors (T1a, T2a) is switched via a connection to a control current terminal of the downstream transistor (T1, T2), and via another connection to the distribution voltage of the other half bridge of the complete bridge circuit. Advantage: reduction of power loss.
