PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately perform individual fractional discounting processes by setting and storing a fraction for a discount from a price and calling the set and stored fraction on condition that a call declaration is made. SOLUTION: As for an article, a fraction for discounting is previously set and inputted with numeric keys 20N. This fraction is stored in a fraction table 13T by fraction storage control means (11, 12). When discount service is provided since a customer regarding article registration is a regular customer, a fraction call key (call declaring means) 20T is turned ON. Then fraction call control means (11, 12) calls the fraction set and stored as to a registered article from the fraction table 13T and temporarily stores it in a work area of a RAM 13. Thus, fraction discounting process means (11, 12) deduces the called fraction from the price. Consequently, the fraction need not be set and inputted at each time, the operation is easy, and the speed process can be performed without misinput. |
