PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture having high resolution and cope with CTP plate making at low cost, by a method wherein a picture forming part of a thermally fusible particulate layer is heated/fused and fixed on a photosensitive lithographic printing plate, and then non-picture parts are eluted/removed. SOLUTION: A thermally fusible particulate layer 1 is provided on a photosensitive lithographic printing plate (PS plate) 10. Then, parts corresponding to picture parts, of the thermally fusible particulate layer 1, are fused by being heated, and fixed into fusedly fixed layers 2. Then, non-picture parts of the thermally fusible particulate layer 1 and of a photosensitive layer 11 of the PS plate 10 are removed by using a processing liquid capable of eluting/ removing the photosensitive layer of the PS plate 10. The non-picture parts not fusely fixed of the thermally fusible particulate layer 1, which are in a very sparse state and allow the processing liquid to permeate thereinto, are removed together with the photosensitive layer 11 of the photosensitive lithographic printing plate 10 positioned therebeneath. That is, the fusedly fixed layers 2 and the photosensitive layers 11 remaining on the photosensitive lithographic printing plate 10 are used to form a picture. |
